Visit one of the historic organic citrus groves of Massa Lubrense, where you can taste the freshness of a freshly made lemonade immediately followed by the tasting of jams (orange and lemon). Then visit the olive grove followed by a tasting of the company’s extra virgin olive oil in various versions (DOP extra virgin olive oil, lemon, orange, basil, rosemary and chilli pepper). Continue with the guided tour of the farm to feed the cows starting from the stable where the cows are and then visit the company dairy where the traditional processes of making the company’s fior di latte mozzarella will be literally explained: MOZZARELLA MAKING SHOW.
