“Recipe for love: 2 ounces of kisses, 5 ounces of cuddles, 1 kilo of passion, and a pinch of imagination!”
This tour can only start well with a pleasant and warm welcome drink in a panoramic and unique setting of Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The first part of the tour includes a walk along a route through the typical Sorrento terraces, where seasonal products including basil, oregano, rosemary are grown. You will be immersed in a thousand colors and flowers, you will also be able to taste a seasonal fruit picked directly from the trees. You will meet the farm animals including “Peppa” the pig.
There will be three stops, the first in the vineyard, the second on the lemon and orange terrace and the last in the olive grove area. In each of these areas the traditional system for producing wine, limoncello and local extra virgin olive oil will be explained. Of course, a test of each product is a must!
You will finally reach the main country house, where together with Mrs. Lia and Aunt Maria (the best cheesemaker ever…) you will learn to make mozzarella, the typical caciottine, ricotta and the famous Caciocavallo. Here too a test is a must!!!
Last but not least, you will knead the pizza with your hands, cook it in the traditional wood-fired oven and you will all enjoy lunch together with the pizza you made yourself, the products of the farm, including a wine.
Other things to note:
1. HAVE A LIGHT BREAKFAST AND PREPARE TO ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!
2. IF THE WEATHER IS NOT GOOD ON THE DAY OF THE EXPERIENCE, THE FARM TRIP MAY BE CANCELLED, BUT THE REST OF THE EXPERIENCE WILL BE DONE WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
