Pizza school on a farm

“Give me the pizza bouquets.”

The location of this school is located on a beautiful hill in Sorrento, in the quiet and charming hamlet of Casarlano.
We are talking about a strategic position, between the Gulf of Naples and Salerno, which will allow you to admire a spectacular panorama.
The experience will start with the pick-up from the meeting point which will be made with our courtesy car/minivan.
Upon arrival you will be greeted with fresh orange or lemon juice prepared with local fruit.

Together with Mrs. Lia you will start preparing the pizza dough and you will discover our ancient traditional recipe handed down from generation to generation! You will all prepare the pizza dough but only the most ambitious will make the pizza fly…
Once prepared, everyone will cook their own pizza in our traditional wood-fired oven, then we will all enjoy a delicious “pizza dinner” together accompanied by local wine and appetizers.

To conclude, you certainly cannot miss the tasting of a homemade dessert prepared by the expert hands of little lady Anna and the Limoncello made by grandmother Angela.

Classes will begin at 09:45 am and at 06:00 pm.
